Increasing interest in investing in stock of some people, I think that knowledge is primary in advance rights that an investor has as a shareholder of a company, because sometimes they ignored or we do not receive the appropriate information.

1. Participate in the social profit-sharing and the resulting heritage of the settlement: this right comes to tell you it is the perception of the dividend and a share of settlement so the society of which you are shareholder was dissolved.

2. Preferential subscription in the issuance of new shares and convertible bonds: when a company decides to make a capital increase, the new shares should be offered on a preferential basis to current shareholders in proportion to the fraction of capital represented by their actions. 3. Right to attend and vote in Board: in short, you have right to speak and vote at general meetings, and in case that the company makes use of his right to require a minimum number of sharesyou have the possibility to bring you together with other shareholders and choose a representative so that he can attend.

4. Information: at all times have the right to know what happens with the company and request reports on new decisions, accounts of the society and issues that have been discussed in the General meetings where you could not attend.

In summary, when you invest in shares of a company, forms part of the company and you have the right to influence the decision-making of this company. And as part of that society, you are for better and for worse, a bad thing considering the fact that a mistaken decision, society loses value in their actions and therefore, as an investor, your winnings will see reduced.
