Freelance contract. Definition and differences with the commercial contract.

Tweet sharing .
There are no little differences between the Freelance Contract and the commercial contract, because in most cases, when a company puts an ad looking for a freelance worker, really what you are looking for is an autonomous to a commercial contract.

The freelance worker is an independent worker so it should be commissioned as a freelancer as well as in the commercial contract. Perhaps the biggest difference you can see between commercial contract and freelance contract, is a Freelance is hired for a given work, and once finished the work his contract ends automatically.

Another difference is that the Freelancer knows in advance what is going to win (usually), as its specific work has been given a price before starting to work, while the autonomous (commercial contract) if not soldno charge.

While the commercial contract has been used and focus more on commercial vendors and independent distributors, let us say that the term Freelance, still having the same meaning as autonomous, focused as a contract to host other professions as they may be to computer programmer, writer of articles and even branches of medicine, massage therapists, dietitians, mechanics, etc...

It covers almost any profession and sand often resort to the Freelance for an excess of temporary work for a company.

In Spain, the term freelance is used instead when a company requires to outsource some services, although as a general rule, most of businessmen, when looking for a freelancer, really seek out an autonomous and will work under a commercial contract.

In short, there is no difference between Freelance and commercial, though technically one has a time-bound (with collection of uncertain amount) and the other end when you finish the work (with a price set in advance). In both contracts, you will need to follow the same advice we gave when we explained the commercial contract, that the costs of insurance are paid by your.
