Henry Ford: The keys to the success of an entrepreneur.

Tweet sharing .
You don't need to explain who is Henry Ford, that your business is still present. Henry Ford is remembered not only for get to become one of the richest men in United States, but by being the entrepreneur that 50 years ago told the world the secret of personal success, implying that anyone has talenta genius hidden in the mind or simply a skill that can be developed.

Henry Ford explained that if some people do not reach the success in life, it is only because they are often used in his mind very often the word impossible and/or they come down when someone says "NO".

Henry granted him an interview with the writer Napoleon Hill, which he published in his book the stories of the 50 most striking successful businessmen of United States. Today, we can see, that a century later, the secret of success is still the same and the mindset of an entrepreneur to attain it must be based on the same principles. Then have briefly several events that Henry Ford lived, which I hope will help and motivation to the entrepreneur wanting to start in the business.

History tells us that Henry Ford had an idea to distinguish it from its competition and create history. Henry designed in his mind the model v8 (eight cylinders in a same box), until then unthinkable in the world of the engine.

He gathered his engineers and explained his project. The engineers argued that it was impossible to do so and Henry answered that even so, seek the way of doing this.

Six months later, the engineers had not been given the "key" and the project was still unpaid life. The engineers returned to say that that it could not get. Henry returned to repeat them there is nothing impossible in this life, leaving a phrase recorded in history:

"Whatever your mind can conceive, is reachable"

For fear of the engineers for being dismissed, they worked day and night until they found the way to attach the dream of Ford. The satisfied not with a "NO" not believing in the word impossible, prompted Henry Ford to design a model unique in the history of the automobile.

Years later, Henry Ford had another conflict. A Chicago newspaper branded him as ignorant, uneducated, etc...While one of the men was already wealthy United States. Henry began a lawsuit against the newspaper and finally met face to face with lawyers for the newspaper that would seek to prove in court that Henry was a person without education.

The trial was full of questions of general culture type "do few soldiers sent the British to the American colonies to stop the rebellion of 1776?" to which Henry replied that he did not know the exact number of soldiers, but that insurance sent more than those who returned.

Henry Ford gave a speech that says it, changed the shape of vision of all those present in the room:

"They are making me questions about concepts that have no practical usefulness in life or business and that only show that people who know these answers are people with too much free time." If you want to continue with this kind of useless questions, let me remind you, Mr lawyer, who in my company I have "buttons", that reply to a question, is of the kind, by pressing the appropriate button, will come to my assistance a person able to respond to any of the questions you want me to do. "As an entrepreneur I do not know everything and I am satisfied with surround myself with people that excellently complement their knowledge to achieve my company be in the position that it is"

Obviously, those present in the room did not see in that response to an ignorant man, but a very intelligent man. Henry won the lawsuit to the newspaper, which three years later was forced to close.

With this story, I intend to show two things:

That to succeed we must believe in ourselves and not surrender to difficulties. The road to success is full of obstacles and those obstacles, once overcome, are the opportunities.Second, is something that we have already spoken, and is part of the success of a businessman is due to the quality of people that go around. You must not know everything, but yes you should know how to surround yourself with people more intelligent than yourself and to complement your knowledge.Tweet

Disobedient children have more chance of success.

Tweet sharing .
New Studio-based mentality that defines the millionaires and most important of the world's largest corporate employers currently. Be disobedient and rebellious in nature increases the chances of success in life and in business.

The psychological reasoning is very simple. A person who does not comply with basic rules usually do what others considered more risky. These young children not indulge you to tell them what they can or cannot do and that's a character that you potentially directed towards entrepreneurship for not having a head above tí.

On the other hand refers to these children as future people who do not create culture standards with a strong tendency to take risks. Downside is that they take risks without thinking about the consequences.

Bill Gates: skipped college campus rules and lacked ethics in business. Ensures that had to be "tying it in short" when it came to negotiate with suppliers or partners and was very respectful with trade agreements. We would see as a "fullera" person is what he has become the employer today is. It was the first that gave a meaning to the phrase "to innovate is to copy and then change".

Steve jobs: was not a bad son, as his adoptive parents have said. It was all heart, although he was a rebel and full of passion, heart made him to disobey their parents not continuing with the University. Of course, that of not having left the University, according to Steve Jobs himself, had never designed the Mac. You can see the beginnings of Steve Jobs.

Larry Page and Sergey Brin (Google): no comments that have not yet two rhombuses to this blog. They were good guys although both had its very own personality, which did not follow rules or Protocol. To get an idea, we should only enter the headquarters of Google where they have employees dress in any way and the bikes are parked in the middle of the corridors. When the market said no to the search engines, they said: "how that does not?". Not have done so badly.

Warren Buffett: The disobedient unconditional. It is said that Buffett broke record of punishment on a child, he never was at home when his parents told him and that exercising business 7 years, some parents do not take him very well. Rebel but negotiator from very young. This not only has become a millionaire and the investment professional, but also in a person that does not allow the world as it is, by what will donate the greater fortune until today donated day in philanthropic causes.

Mark zuckerberg: If you've seen the movie of the Social network you will do an idea of how applies the rebellion to success in business.

Is so that if you are a parent and a child that you removed from rile to every moment, you not take on the negative side and thinks that you could be destroying the dishes on the future entrepreneur of the century:)
