"pink slip party". New ways of finding a job.

The concept of pink Slip party is already in Spain. This idea imported from United States promises and long. By now the two entrepreneurs organizers of these events have created this curious form of finding employment non-profit.

How does a Pink slip Party?

It is a meeting which in principle is used to exchange opinions with the advantage that you can find a job at the end of these meetings.

The first thing you do is choose a "moderator" for which initially a talk with a few tips for the active job search, the possibilities offered by the network, how to use the curriculum of augmented reality (already discussed this in another article) and how to get more benefit of interviews via skype.

On the other hand, are invited to recruiters or employers of companies, usually related to human resources. These guests attending free and voluntary are placed a sticker of the colorgreen.

Invited people unemployed, which places a pink sticker (of the same color as the letter of dismissal in United States).

And finally we have the third guests with a Blue sticker, which are workers who are thinking of changing jobs or at least, not discarded it.

Once all together, they begin to exchange views and interact with each other. The idea of this initiative is not to create a fair job, but is true that as a result of making the necessary contacts, some of these people, end up finding a job in hands of contratadores attendees.

For the rest who do not have such luck, has been shown that after this experience there is a before and a later in the sense that become much more active in the search for a job to having received some helpful tips.

For now, these Pink slip Party are doing in Madrid, but already they are looking for ambassadors to other provinces of Spain. The initiative is good no doubt.
