The Coworking grows as a solution for Freelance and self-employed. Ideas for business

Tweet sharing .
And talk about in his days the Coworking (share an Office or space to minimize expenses) as a business idea to get profitability to a shop or Office. The effectiveness this working system has demonstrated, already are it is demanding more frequently.

It is clear that if you start as a Freelancer or freelance you will need a minimum service, such as internet access, printer and according to the characteristics of your business, you'll need a fairly presentable physical space to accommodate your clients.

You can get more performance at a coworking space please share the Office with professionals engaged in an activity similar to yours or simply complementary. I.e., an architect and a company dedicated to the sale of materials for construction, in case of receiving one of the two a client, could occur for both, mutual benefit that the client may purchase both services with different companies, but in one place.

The more intelligent and not just share office space, but rather create collaborative strategies in which one of the companies makes a higher discount to a customer if it also hires the services of the company that shares its space with him.

In this way, a simple autonomous gives the impression of having a large company in the eyes of the customer as soon as entering the Office and in addition, if they have made "good friends" among peers, they can offer multiple services. Everything is design strategy and reach an agreement.

It is not necessary that you seek expressly dedicated to the Coworking offices. As students seek to share floor, you can also post an ad and find a company that wishes to share Office or warehouse with you.

However, you are not without risk, and it is to choose another professional to share a space with you, also you can be the case that your "partner" is no solvent or your company has no profitability, which is why it is necessary that you share the Office with someone reliable. Otherwise you can go very wrong move, above all, if the rent of the Office is in your name.

Even so, analyzing and taking these small risks, the idea of the coworrking extends each time with more success. In times of crisis, it must be run at the imagination to minimize costs to the maximum extent possible, and a way to minimize them is sharing them. And one way to do your most profitable business is joining forces with other companies.
